how does the wife keep the house if husband does not have a will ?
thankyou|||What is "tenants in common"? In the state of TN in the USA if a spouse dies all belongings (and debt) is given to the living spouse even if there is no will! ! !
So you get it ALL the good and the bad, debt and medical bills too!|||i think in the case of tenants in common, since the jusband died, the wife is only enitled to what the agreement was prior to creating the account.|||jus keep payin the rent
