How can my friend legally kick her husband out of her house?

I have a friend who lives in HER mom's house with her husband. They're not getting along, actually, he's cheating on her, so how can she legally kick him out of her mom's house? They do pay rent, but very little, and she is sick of him, so can someone tell me how she can legally give him the boot. They do not have kids, but they are living under the same roof over one year. Also, they are in the state of FL, in case the law is different...Help please.|||She can't but her mother can. The mother needs to get an eviction order first and then have the sheriff come and evict him. Do it properly or your friend and her mom could end up in court. Oh, and tell your friend to get tested for stds. Her husband may have brought home a little souvenir. Or she can try just telling him to leave and that she's filing for divorce since he's cheated. It would be better if she can avoid the RO because that can become a criminal record that doesn't help either of them unless he has physically harmed her or her mother. The mother can tell him to leave since she owns the house and it doesn't sound like there's a signed lease agreement.|||Get a restraining order against him.|||Not if his name is on the lease.
