My husband and i are fighting because he is an *** and he is way to controling and brings drugs into the house. He is gone for the night and I don't want him to come back. Is there a way that I can kick him out and not let him back in? I have already taken his name off of the lease.|||You'll have to turn him into the police for drug use and possession.
But realize that he'll likely go to prison.
If you are in danger, then you have to be the one who leaves.
Next time, pick a better man...not a boy.
Good Luck!|||Call the police and tell them that you want him not to come back to your house and can that issue a temporary restraining order until you can go to court tomorrow. Go to a hardware store and buy new locking door knobs or dead bolts for the whole house and install them. They are easy to install, usually just takes a screw driver. Pack his stuff and take it to a storage place and leave the key with one of his friends so he can go there to get his stuff. Good Luck with all that.
Red|||call the cops and tell them he is bringing drugs in your house and tell them you don't want him there and he's not on your lease so he has no right to be there... then go to the court and file for a divorce as soon as possible ... make sure however that you tell the cops you are in the process of getting a divorce and you are scared of him.... a restraining order works well too at least so he can't bug you until the divorce is final|||Well if his name is on the lease and he's being violent with you call the cops and tell them you fear for your safety and want him out. Or You can do what my mom did. Get all your stuff together and head to a hotel/shelter. Then if his name is on stuff go to court to reclaim your stuff.
