I bought a plot this year in August. During my preparations to start building a house my husband is unwilling. but sometimes during the months of December and January he is refusing to pay house rent. Can I continue my plan of building a house?|||Does he not pay the rent because he has not earnt enough?
I cannot understand how you managed to buy a plot of land when you are on some occasions unable to even pay the rent on your rental property.
Assuming you have got planning permission and building regulations for you plot of land I wonder if you have the finance in place to pay for the actual build.
You need to sit down, perhaps with a family mediator and discuss openly your plans for the future and your joint finances because it you cannot agree at base level you will never survive the stress of a new self build.|||What kind of marriage do you have that you make these kind of plans without agreement on them???
