How do I keep my house in a divorce and get my husband out of it while the divorce is being finalized?

My husband and I have been together 8 yrs, married for just over 1. The house is in both our names but i'm the only one who's paid anything for it.The down payment and all the mortgage payments since then have come out of my pocket.|||If the home is in both names he would be entitled to half of it, no matter who made all the payments.|||What you need to do is buy him out. You will need to split the equity but you will have the house in your name only.
